How to raise a concern and how we work to resolve complaints fairly.

Last updated: 2026-07-06

Our commitment

We want concerns to be handled fairly, respectfully and as close to the source as possible. Raising a complaint will not reduce your access to information or lawful remedies.

1. How to make a complaint

Email admin@northernbeaches-plumbing.com.au with the subject line Complaint, or write to PO Box 216, Belrose West NSW 2085, Australia. You can also contact us by phone on 0470 573 954.

Please include, where available:

  • your name and preferred contact details;
  • the job address or suburb and approximate work date;
  • invoice, quote or booking reference;
  • a clear description of the concern;
  • photos or documents that may help; and
  • the outcome you are seeking.

2. What happens next

We will review the complaint, may ask for more information, and may arrange an inspection where that is relevant. We aim to communicate clearly about the next step and to respond within a reasonable time having regard to the complexity and urgency of the issue.

3. Opportunity to inspect or rectify

Where a complaint concerns work we performed, please give us a reasonable opportunity to inspect the issue and, where appropriate, propose a remedy. This does not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

4. If the complaint is not resolved

For consumer goods and services issues, NSW Fair Trading provides complaint and enquiry pathways. For residential building or trade work disputes, Building Commission NSW may also provide information and dispute assistance. The appropriate pathway depends on the nature of the job and complaint.
